Room had a good size and layout, except I hate sliding barn doors on the bathroom. Check in was fine and I did get what I needed, but she seemed like she really didn’t want to go to extra effort. 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate was a nice touch. Typical waffle maker and powdered eggs breakfast was fine.

The water was very soft, which made it difficult to rinse soap and conditioner completely. Because the drain was clogged, water pooled in the tub, and the combination of standing water and soft soapy water made the tub extremely slippery and unsafe. We called for maintenance on Sunday but were told no one was available. We called again on Monday around 2:00 pm and were told maintenance had already left for the day. After that, we gave up, and no one ever came during our four-night stay to unclog the tub drain. The bed was very soft and not comfortable for us, as we prefer firmer mattresses. Parts of the room were dusty, and the mirror had not been properly cleaned.

Breakfast was great my teenage daughter approves lol (she’s extremely picky). Dog friendly we stayed our dog. Beds were comfy and hotel was clean hot showers and good shower pressure. Staff was nice and welcoming.
