I stayed at the White Heather Hotel in Llandudno from 17/6 to 20/6. The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach and all the local attractions. Checking in was straightforward and Jenny, sorry if I have your name wrong, was very helpful throughout my stay. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the excellent reviews for the breakfast. Anything you wanted was included so that was a good start to the day although it meant having to get up earlier than I normally would. I would definitely stay there again.Thank you.

We had a friendly when we arrived and throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was superb. Definitely stay again.

Breakfast great, clean and spacious room, staff polite. Only small downside was a rather small shower cubicle but that won't stop a repeat visit.

Fantastic buffet style breakfast.Friendly warm atmosphere and daily maid service .Hotel very clean but a bit dated decor wise but currently under refurbishment overall the service/staff/breakfast outweighs this.Very good value stay literally metres from the promenade.

The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The staff were very welcoming. I did not enjoy the breakfast. Bacon undercooked. Would have preferred grilled tomatoes rather than tinned. Otherwise stay was okay.

Reception staff and Breakfast staff were great. Overall the hotel is very tired and in need of updating. The rooms are very small especially the bathroom. The reception/lobby is full of large boxes giving the feel of a warehouse. Location is great. Breakfast is very good.

Hotel in convenient location but looks weary from outside the inside wasnt much better lobby decor and carpets very dated bed clean en suite adequate staff doing best they could on the positive breakfast very good choice of fresh fruit cold meat and cheese and cooked items again dining room weary lots of boxes piled up near check in area would not use this hotel again

Nice and clean, all staff cheerful and helpful. Room had all amenities, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant little buffet with ther options, good coffee and tea. Would definitely stay here again, many thanks.

Hotel was in a great location, helpful friendly staff on arrival and throughout this day. Breakfast was excellent everything you could want. We had two rooms. My father‘s room was quite nice and modern. Mine and my daughter‘s room was very dated but it was clean. Overall we had a lovely overnight stay and for the price for all three of us with breakfast it was great value for money and I would stay again.

Nice helpful staff, good easy quick check in. Spotless clean, wonderful breakfast, buffet style but all good freshly cooked. Plenty of tea and coffees in room. Right in town but quiet 1 minute from prom. Will book the same place next visit

The staff were lovely , friendly and always happy to help. It is spotlessly clean and the breakfasts they offer are first class. All the staff are always smiling and will chat to you and always ready to answer any questions on the area, bus and train routes even places to eat. We will definitely be staying again.

The Steps up to the hotel are quite steep and especially for the elderly dangerous needs something doing to sort it out. Breakfast was quite good but the food was not piping hot eggs looked a bit bland buffet style, all in all quite good but would not stay again.
