We absolutely loved our stay at Alila Manggis. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout the entire visit. Their hospitality truly stood out and added to the overall experience. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, creating a very relaxing environment. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy each day. One of the highlights of the stay was the peaceful surrounding area. The property is beautifully set in a quiet location, perfect for those looking to unwind and escape the busy tourist spots. The serene atmosphere, combined with the lush greenery and ocean views, made it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The only aspect that could be improved was the food. While it was decent and nicely presented, it didn’t quite match the high standard of the rest of the experience. A bit more variety and stronger flavors would make dining more memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return. Alila Manggis is a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat with excellent service.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was quite small actually but it was clean and comfortable for 2 adults with 1 child. Each room has balcony / terrace. They offer afternoon tea with local sweets options. Breakfast also good but it came with an all you can eat - a la carte not a buffet like other places. Overall, my stays were pretty amazing, and definitely will come back again.

Everything is good, but the food is a little bit overpriced and tasteless. Breakfast not included, so we paid 700K rupees for 2 small omelettes, granola, and 2 cups of tea. Was quite surprised at the check out.

I love everything in this hotel. The concept is back to nature, so don't expect a gym. The hotel provides bicycles. There is yoga every Monday afternoon. There is taichi every Sunday morning. The place is very quiet. The room is big. The bed is comfortable. The food is good, but there is no buffet for breakfast, they provide ala carte. But you can order all the breakfast menu. They also have afternoon tea everyday from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. My suggestion is to add more variants for the room service menu, especially the main course. Other than that, everything is good. Oh, one more thing, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Their services are very good. Thanks Alila.

This is my 4th stay in here and always can't wait for my next stay! Great hotel with top-notch service and always loving the vibes, great selection of breakfast, their afternoon tea complimentary was always great as well.

This is my second time staying here. I think it's going to be at least once a year routine with my partner to visit this place. I really love the place, location, and the food was really nice as well. And their service is always top notch! BEST.

This hotel is not very complete in terms of facilities, yes, there is no gym. The interior is also ordinary. But this hotel offers a unique experience, the atmosphere is very calm. Suitable for people who are looking for serenity, away from the hustle and bustle. But not suitable for families with children because they will definitely get bored. The staff service is very good and the food is delicious.

Really like to stay at Alila Mangosteen, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The view from a restaurant at breakfast is amazing, the breakfast is delicious, comfortable, not crowded with good service. A little feedback for the room, it's time to renovate / refurbish to make it more fresh, thank you.

Hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet, service and all staff are nice and very helpful (according to the star and price), suitable for honeymooners, only attractions for children, location away from crowds, minimart with eating places far away, food choices only at hotels .

Wow this place is really cool, the service is amazing, the surrounding scenery is amazing, cool and quiet, great for couples on their honeymoon, the rooms are okay, the problem is in the water, it's a bit smelly, but it's just a small thing compared to other good things from the place this, the breakfast is really tasty, interncontinental and there is a choice of typical indonesian breakfast such as fried rice and others, this place is highly recommended, looking forward to going back there again soon <3.
