The service is okay. The water under the toilet is leaking. The car access would be better, as cars have to back out after dropping off, including access for guests attending events in the back hall.

It exceeded my expectations. Initially, we were looking for a hotel close to our family for Eid. It turned out to be a comfortable, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious. The pool was clean and there were staff providing snacks and food. The playground was spacious and very child-friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Aceh.

The Pade Hotel is located in a very beautiful location with views of rice fields and Arabian architecture, even though the sky is clear, the air is still cool because of the gentle breeze, highly recommended

The Pade Hotel for seniors like us, is not suitable, to go to the lobby, the stairs are quite high. The staff was not friendly when checking out, we asked to use the elevator to go down directly to the vehicle parking lot, waited quite a long time and when we wanted to use the elevator, we had to go through a hallway full of goods that would be more appropriate if we said it was through a warehouse of used goods.. finally we had to wait for the person holding the access key to the elevator who didn't come, finally we went back up to the lobby and went down using the front stairs.

5 star hotel feels like 3 star. there are even 3 star hotels that are better than this. even though this is my first experience staying in a 5 star hotel. even the taste and variety of food is also more than the 3 star hotel in front of Blang Padang. booked 2 days too. haha the most shocking, a 5 star hotel but the sandals are flip flops. where is 1 given.
