Room is clean， location is also good. However it is extremely unfriendly for driving. If you drive there, be aware you can’t reach the hotel because the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone. We drove to about 100m away from the hotel with google map. But took us 2 hours to actually get to the hotel. Also parking is about 200m away. So if you have luggage’s like us, you will need to drag you luggages all the way to garage as you can’t take your car to the hotel to load the luggages. Lots of efforts and very frustrating. The hotel should have mentioned in the description. At least give instructions in the check in section.

The Room and service was great

because we were Expedia customers, they put us in a lesser category room. I had paid for a premium upgrade and was put in adjoining room with somebody with only a single door between us. We could hear every sound they make, and they could hear every sound that we made. The hotel first told us that they were completely full when I complained about being an adjoining room made for families or four people traveling together. The poor lady next to us was sick all night, long vomiting, which kept us awake finally, when I stated I was gonna give the hotel a bad review only then did they decide to move us to another room next-door that was completely empty

My boyfriend and I checked in very late because our Renfe took a longer ride than expected. Hotel Receptionist at midnight were very friendly and greeted us so kindly when we walked in. I already had great expectations to this hotel. Definitely enjoyed our stay with a lovely view of the street. AC was not working at the time but we luckily stayed during some cool days, so we got lucky. We were able to open the balcony doors for the breeze to come in, so that helped too. Very clean room overall though.

Wonderful stay! The hotel offers great amenities, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

The air conditioning system did not work well and the rooms need some updating.

The hotel’s location is perfect—right on the square and very close to many restaurants. The property is beautiful inside and out, but we had many issues. To start, there are only two elevators and one of them wasn’t working. The air conditioning in our room also didn’t work. I called the front desk to request a room change, and they told me it was a central problem they had been dealing with for several days. Their solution was to send a pedestal fan (photo attached). On two nights, the power went out in the early hours, so the fan turned off as well. On the second day, the TV lost its Wi-Fi connection and it took them half a day to restore it. A very nice hotel in a great location, but overall a poor experience. First and las time there.
