The location is great easily accessible and walkable. Staff very helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. My only thought is instant coffee in the room is a little mean a Nespresso machine and 5 pods can't possibly be expensive. Used the pool and bar on the roof didn't have any breakfast. Good service in both bars

The hotel was in a great location, allowing us to explore the heart of Granada. The staff members were excellent in every way and most helpful with our needs.

The 'swimming pool' was a plunge pool in the roof bar! On the plus side, the beds were fab, the shower powerful, the breakfast buffet extensive, location good, area quiet and you could borrow a plug adapter for a small deposit.

Hotel was very modern & clean. Room was large and well equipped. Large bathroom with powerful walk in shower. Beds were comfortable & the air conditioning worked well. Tea & coffee facilities available & replaced each day. There was a working safe. Only slight negatives no milk for the tea & coffee. Light in the bathroom flickered.

It turned out that the ticket I bought for the Alhambra was a scam. I mentioned this to Paula Peña, Guest Experience Manager, and incredibly she was able to secure a Granada Card which included entry to the Alhambra for the next day. I can’t thank her enough for saving my trip. The hotel is well staffed and they are excellent at what they do.

Lovely large rooms, excellent facilities, great staff great location

Conveniently located, clean room, helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Barcelo Carmen Granada Hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. My biggest concern is that even though we were there for four nights we were only given 6 pieces of tissue. When I asked for for more we were told we would have to pay for them. Seemed pretty crazy!!

Yes everything was amazing

Great place well located and quiet. One thing to be aware of is during Holy Week it gets CRAZY. We had to wait out the procession that came by the front of the hotel for an hour. A few glasses ow wine later we we back inside the hotel.

Great atmosphere and clean

We travelled by bus with just a short walk with our cases. The hotel frontage is quite small. The welcome was good with a map supplied but no recommendations. Our room was spacious with a well equipped shower room. We had a kettle, fridge and free safe, Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced with so much choice and very good service. The hotel is well located and about 25 minutes walk from the Alhambra. We would be pleased to stay here again.
