Barceló Carmen is in a great location for walking to Alhambra and the Arabic/romany quarter. There are lots of options for dinning close by. We did not take breakfast in the hotel-so was not able to evaluate. The room facilities were well thought out and everything was designed well for travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Check in process was shady. Had repaid for both my rooms but they charged the card again for the room till I caught it

No breakfast option. Rain water leakage into room. Overall the room is outdated. Not a 4 star hotel.

Beautiful property. Room was quiet and amenities excellent. Staff was friendly and stored our bags so we could go on a tour before leaving on a train. The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants.

The hotel itself was modern and clean. However, the room I was initially placed in completely flooded

The room was super clean and the amenities were modern. The location of the hotel is very central, which was convenient. I am taking a point off because the morning I was supposed to check out, the lights were turning on and off and woke me up earlier than I wanted to. I also wish the smart TV in the room had Netflix.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, breakfast had great options. Right across the hotel was a big shopping centre for clothes.
