The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are incredibly cramped. There's only a bathtub and a toilet, so you have to use the bathtub to shower. And please improve the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Stayed here for a Pocari event. The hotel is close to Braga. (-) I think it's too close to the train doors & the hotel room isn't very soundproof. But if you're sleepy, you can still sleep 😅. There's only one elevator to the basement, so I found the queue to be quite long.

The reception staff (Mr. Arifin) was very helpful. Check-in time was around 1 PM, and we were allowed in without any additional charges. Please double-check the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the toilet (there were brown marks on the toilet area, which made me feel unwell 😮‍💨). When we arrived, the TV channels were down, and they said the network was down. I stayed there for 3 days (unfortunately). Otherwise, it was fine.

Staying here was really nice.. the room was spacious.. but maybe because it's an old hotel, the shower in the bathroom was a bit leaky yesterday and the elevator can't accommodate many people, only 5 people without luggage. When you bring a suitcase, it immediately makes a noise so you have to wait a while for the elevator yesterday.. but overall it's good

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The location is very strategic, close to Jalan Braga. For a 4-star hotel with all the amenities, it's definitely worth it. We also upgraded to a condotel and received a delicious complimentary cake. The breakfast was also varied... the only downside was that we got a room with no view because it was blocked by a garden wall, making it less aesthetically pleasing.
