The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely-a large buffet with many choices including a menu as well. Would highly recommended this hotel.

I liked everything accept the toilet was clogged when I arrived an wouldn’t flush.

Friendly and courteous staff, very clean and well maintained facilities. Within walking distance of the falls. Everything was great. The concierge service was extremely helpful in making recommendations as well as bookings.

Excellent breakfast and gorgeous property. The Parque das Aves is an easy stroll from the hotel. There are no restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. It is in perfect location for visiting Igassu Falls (5 min walk to the entrance) and was exceptionally kept inside. Welcomed with a drink, bottle of prosecco, lovely pool, gym, games room it had everything we wanted for a lovely relaxing 2 nights stay. The food was also great with a live musician who was amazing.

This is a beautiful place to stay! It has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There is a children's play area and a shaded walking path. The buffet style breakfast served every day is absolutely delicious. We were given a glass of champagne upon checking in as a welcome drink. Laundry service is available same day for a small extra cost. My husband and I loved every moment of our stay! We only wish we could have stayed a day or 2 longer. The resort is a 15 minute walk from the entrance to Igassu Falls.

Very helpful staff

Perfectly located near the airport and the Brazilian side of the waterfalls, this hotel is a true gem with a charming traditional flair. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms are spotless, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast, along with both buffet and à la carte options. The food is consistently high quality. Highly recommended.

Tout était parfait

The breakfast is very good and the room was clean. We found the room to be quite small. There is no closet or dressers so we had to live out of our luggage. I had a gown for a wedding that I was attending but no where to hang it safely. We were supposed to receive a bottle of sparkling wine in our room but it was not present. The shower drain was clogged and it almost flooded the bathroom. However, the staff is amazing and they fixed the shower and brought us sparkling wine. The pool area is so beautiful and we really enjoyed hiking the trail. We were able to see beautiful birds and monkeys.

Great hotel, amazing location.

Modern property with good amenities near Iguazu Falls. Unfortunately, they did not provide the room we booked (Master Suite), but instead they provided a standard queen room. When we asked for our original room category, they said they don't have availability and provided an alternative of a Junior Suite, which we didn't accept as it was overlooking a wall from all windows. The staff was kind enough to provide some free drinks and free room service for the inconvenience, but no refund was given for the difference in price between the room we booked and the one we were provided with.

Awesome hotel with staff that were kind and patient. A big shout out to Vilmar who took care of my bags and Joao who did my checkout. The attendant at the front desk when I arrived was friendly. The concierge was so helpful. I had a great trip!

Great breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good! You can walk to both the bird part in the entrance to the national park Foz do Iguaçu.

Great stopover hotel in Iguassu Fall (Brazil side). Easy access to park gates and airport. Surprisingly nice and clean and very friendly staff. Good food service and nice pool area
