Spacious greeny garden view when you sit on the balcony brings happiness during my stay.

The security department alone should be friendlier and more responsive when cars are coming in and out, and the team at the pool should be more sensitive when guests have finished bathing so that they are immediately given towels.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The hotel atmosphere is also pleasant, cool, and peaceful.

The only minus is that the AC is not cold enough.

The staff was friendly and responsive. It took a while for assistance to arrive, but we finally got help, despite having to call reception twice. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough, perhaps because it was old. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.
