The services and staff were excellent during my stay. They were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for your visit.

I have been in the Boulevard Express and Boulevard Plaza Hotel since 2017. I usually stay at my family’s house or at hotel when I travel to B H and really liked because of the breakfast but now the Express Hotel doesn’t have breakfast. I need to go and get in another place or go to another Hotel that belongs to the same owner. The breakfast is very delicious but have to pay additional fee. What i could not understand is why I saw 2 ladies walking around the room cleaning before the customers leave the room. I feel that they were very unpolite. I plan to go back and stay there again. The people that work in the reception are very nice, 👏👏👏for them!

you get what you pay for. Bathroom had foul oder on arrival, room was very small, bed was comfortable enough, location best selling point.

This hotel is situated in the region of Savassi. It's very central and you have sime nice restaurants nearby. Every interesting place is in walking distance. Great location to stay!

The hotel that is not that cheap for what if offers (a small, despite comfortable room and a terrible underground place for breakfast), charged more 10% at the final bill.

Limpeza e atendimento excelentes, tudo perto. Porém, por ter muitos bares perto, a noite o barulho incomoda um pouco.

Hotel nao tem que treinar melhor a atendente esta de extremo mal humor.. cheguei e nao tinha apartamento limpo, ouvi que ainda nao estava pronto isso ja era 15:00hrs, dai liberou um apartamento cujo a internet do Hotel estava com problemas e nao funcionava, a manutençao foi acionada mas cionstatou que estava com problema ... depois de muito custo foi acionado a ALINE do Hotel Boulevard Plaza da mesma rede deste que teve a maior atençao e me mudou de hotel aonde tudo estava de acordo e fluindo... a Aline fez a diferença , Parabens pela atitude

Positivos: atendimento da recepção, sinal wi-fi, localização, ar condicionado antigo, mas que gela o suficiente. Negativos: não há serviço de alimentação/bebida, frigobar com a porta torta e quebrado o botão de temperatura, sinal dentv que cai quando chove e elevador velho e barulhento

Buena relación calidad-precio. El personal del hotel es superatento y amable, tr ayudan en todo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era cómoda. El hotel está en una buena zona, cerca de todo, con muchas opciones para comer. Sin embargo, la vida nocturna alrededor del hotel es muy activa y el ruido casi no deja dormir, lo que lo hace el único aspecto negativo.

Muito barulho externo e sem isolamento acústico.

Hotel com estrutura antiga, mas conservado. Não dispõe de serviço de restaurante. Cama com colchão de molas.

Hotel custo benefício CARO... entrega pouco e cobra muito acima por falta de opção e desconhecimento das pessoas (incluindo eu que fiquei 2x e errei 2x no mesmo hotel..

A localização do hotel é muito boa, porém o quarto estava com os equipamentos e móveis muito velhos, armários feios e velhos, o frigobar muito velho é cheio de gelo. O chão do banheiro ficava todo molhado apor utilizar o chuveiro.

Infelizmente o hotel apresenta condições bem devassadas. O banheiro precisa de atualização urgente. Chuveiro em péssimo estado, com boa parte entupida, o que gera uma ducha irregular e desconfortável. Cama visivelmente quebrada em alguma parte, o que gerou outro grande desconforto. A programação da tv só tem canais abertos, o que é algo inaceitável pelo preço cobrado. O conforto acústico também é sofrível. Trata-se de lugar que possui muitos bares no entorno. Janelas comuns não impedem o barulho da rua, sem contar que internamente também não há um bom tratamento a esse respeito.
