Nice hotel, the room was a mini apartment with sufficient kitchen utensils. Very helpful and friendly staff. On walking distance plenty to enjoy. Great place

The experience in this place was amazing.

I was booked to stay for 5 night at this hotel, but after arriving at the hotel I realised that I really didn't want to stay there. The hotel is in old downtown in the port area. It is deserted on weekends bar for the many prostitutes that prowl the area. I didn't risk going out and decided to use the hotel restaurant. I ordered a rare steak that came eventually cooked to one inch of charcoal. I sent it back and what the kitchen sent out again was like leather no tender meat. The restaurant was empty and I soon understood the reason. The restaurant staff are rude and act as if doing you a favour. Please avoid this hotel to avoid disappointment. Luckily I was able to check out the following day and booked myself into another hotel in a much nicer area.

The hotel was under reform the neighborhood is too dangerous and the bathroom wasn't clear.

Hotel staff was excellent. The hotel was ok by international standards. It was just OK by US standards. Neighborhood was alright, but far from tourism spots.

Ótimo custo benefício, hotel com quartos amplos e confortáveis, ideal para quem vai visitar o centro histórico de Santos.

A comida é muito boa, de qualidade e preço justo. A vaga de garagem atende bem. A recepção tem bom atendimento assim como a equipe da cozinha. A hidromassagem não utilizei e a academia estava com os equipamentos desligados. O quarto é bem limpo, embora o entorno seja bem ruim próximo ao Centro velho de Santos em área hoje degradada e sem opções de sair à noite, repleto de andarilhos e com bichos como baratas que podem com isso aparecer nas acomodações como presenciamos algumas. Bem longe das praias, precisando avaliar o custo benefício da hospedagem para cada situação.

Vale apena boa limpeza, bons funcionários, estacionamento um pouco apertado, ar condicionado bom,chuveiro excelente falta uma breve melhora na parte de academia.

O que pode melhorar, a TV com tela toda fosca sem canais.

O banheiro muito precario e com cheiro

O quarto é grande, porém o banheiro merece mais atenção, muito embora possuísse uma banheira grande. O café da manhã é simples mas atende bem os hóspedes.
