Maria prepared great breakfast, especially the 2nd day, when she learned what we liked. She already had everything to our taste. Don't be shy to ask to prepare what you like, because it is not a large hotel with huge buffet, and your breakfast hot dishes are made to order. In addition, their anytime coffee, tea, and a large selection of alcoholic drinks was a great unexpected perk/gem. Of course, we didn't abuse that privilege but tried a couple of their Croatian liquors with our coffee.

Antonio in reception was amazing! He gave us many recommendations for restaurants, gelato, etc. The hotel is very quaint and location is excellent.

Very friendly staff at Royal Suites. Antonio went above and beyond for us. We had an early flight and he insisted on packing a breakfast to go for us. His recommendations were also outstanding. The rooms are very nice. All around excellent stay.

A very warm, friendly welcome from the reception staff. Room airy, spacious and spotless. Breakfast, fresh ingredients cooked to order. Within walking distances of the old town. Enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were super helpful, with directions to the hotel, restaurant recommendations and local info. Located just outside of the Historic area of Split, it was a great base to explore, enjoy excursions and accessing the beach. The breakfasts were great and nothing seemed to be any trouble at all. They even had beach towels available to use, which was fantastic.

Our last three nights on a 16-day Croatia trip we're at the Royal Suites and it was the most perfect place to end our vacation. Antonio was a great host, our room was fabulous and very modern. We were close to Old Town and there were many dining options within easy walking distance. We stayed in many hotels on our travels from Zagreb to Estrella down the coast and Royal Sweets was one of the best places! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again

Great location, very clean. Wonderful staff. Great homemade breakfast by Maria. They helped us carry the luggage to our breakfast. Also, they prepared for a special take out breakfast because we had to leave early.

Room was amazing and spacious. Very comfortable and a nice little balcony. Antonio was so helpful and gave us a bunch of recommendations. He was the best and we enjoyed our conversations. The hotel is perfect location to everything. The breakfast was delicious!

What a lovely place. Just about 13 mins walk from Split ferry port and the old town and market. We had a room with a small balcony. It was lovely to sit out in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere. Antonio welcomed us and assisted with luggage storage as we arrived before check in. The room was beautiful, bathroom amazing and all super clean. The room has AC, a welcome addition in the middle of summer. Breakfast was excellent, a hot and cold buffet, and cooked breakfast as well if required. We had it all as we had a long day ahead. The scramble eggs were awesome. There are loads of little restaurants and bistro's just a few yards from the front door. Definitely will stop here again. Added a pic of the scramble eggs because they were really excellent and very tasty. All room pictures you can see on the hotel page, my photos would not do it justice.
