This was a perfect location. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were also amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and area.

Ideal location for the train station & very affordable but the hotel is basic. My shower leaked & the walls are very thin so could hear everything from the room upstairs.

Ridiculous pricing £240pn for a basic hotel. Water at breakfast served in disposable plastic cups. Had to ask for milk, none available in the basic buffet. Inexcusable and looking for hotels.com to reimburse some of the cost!!

OK hotel. Room was OK but mattress was terrible. Our double bed was 2 single mattresses together......one was foam and flat/OK, the other was beyond its expiry. No cushioning left in the middle 'hole'.....so not comfortable at all. Breakfast was OK......some good options, but ridiculously small bowls. Plastic cups. Overall very underwhelming, but it served its purpose.

15mins from Bologna central station not to many restaurants closed by but overall would stay there again.

Very friendly staff, nice accommodations, safe neighbourhood buy lots of different types of restaurants, close to the train station, and very quiet area.

We had a big room comparing to all hotels went during our vacation in Italy. Staff were helpful. It's a bit far from downtown.

The area was so nice and quiet, the bus stop is literally right outside the hotel and it takes you to the city centre, the staff are so lovely and the room we stayed in was so cute and had a balcony

Hotel price was very expensive. Not expecting that the location is odd. Towels look very old. Beddings look old. No kettle or coffee amenities. Pillows are also very old. Not value for money. We got kicked-out by 10:45 as the receptionist said it’s written at the reception that check-out is 10:30. We were never informed by the staff upon check-in.

Hotel Astor was great - clean and modern! Our room had a large jacuzzi bathtub. It’s in more of a residential area and about a 12 min walk to the terminal. It was not close to the city centre but there is a bus that takes you right there, or about 30-40 min walk.

Ideal hotel for a visit to Bologna. It's around a 10 min walk from the central railway station, and around a 15-20 min walk to the historical centre of Bologna. it's situated in a residential area - so nice and quiet. The room was ideal for our 4 day stay - and the air conditioning was a godsend given how hot it was. The continental breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful. One minor complaint - would have liked the facilities to make a tea/coffee in the room. Would happilly stay here again.

Very clean. Dated decor but it was an Italian boutique hotel so to be expected. For the price it could do with a renovation but it was very very clean

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was quick and easy, same with check out. The room was clean, breakfast was fine, and it’s a 10 minute walk from the train station. Great value, we would definitely stay there again.

The property was good for the price. My only complaints were that the bed was very uncomfortable and that the neighborhood did not feel the safest. It’s quite a walk (20 mins) to get to the rail station which you have to cross under to get to the city hub. I’m sure if you taxi it may feel better, but we walked the entire time. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to the location.
