Always Great value for price, great location friendly staff cream rooms

Great Location and good hotel overall!! Shower is a bit small, WiFi is not good and the bed os hard and it is 2 single beds together!! We were so tired from walking all day that we didn’t feel it much!! I still recommend this Hotel!

Everything was amazing. Great location. Amazing staff who could not do enough to help. Place was spotless. Rooms were absolutely perfect with everything you could need. Rooms were cleaned every day. Can't wait to go back!

The staff was great, very friendly and available all the time. The room was very clean and pretty. We love the bar next door. Location was great for our plans.

The room was beautiful and spacious but the hotel was quite difficult to find, particularly because it was situated in a very crowded part of the city which had several student bars which were busy and loud from lunchtime until gone 11. One staff member was helpful, one indifferent and one actually rude.

Great little hotel in a good location

The breakfast option was not great in terms of selection. Wish there was a kettle in the room and at least one complimentary bottle of water. It was very clean however and the staff were very friendly. Good size bathroom and shower.

Save your money and go anywhere else but this hotel!!! We had literally just stepped in and were bringing our luggage in when we were told abruptly and very rudely “close the door” before any kind of welcome. We then were told that we needed to hand in our room key each time we went in and out of the hotel for “safety reasons” which we have never had to do anywhere else, this made us feel very uncomfortable leaving anything in the room even if it was just our luggage. Once we got to our room we firstly noticed that there were multiple mosquitos and insects flying around and that our room was muggy and warm so as we went to turn the aircon on we realised that it wasn’t working so we asked the hotel staff about this and were told it was previously a cold night so we’ve turned the heating on. We were then made aware that they worked off 1 system only which isn’t very accommodating especially being a hotel. When speaking with the hotel staff on checkout, we gave feedback on our stay and the response we got was “write a review” so here it is. The staff throughout our stay were all very rude, obnoxious and not bothered at all. We would not recommend this place to stay no matter what. Honestly save your money and book anywhere else but here. We’ve never had an uncomfortable stay anywhere like this before.

This place was a little hard to find but its a gem and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was fantastic too.In an awesome spot close to the Rialto Bridge.
