Let me start with the positives. The staff were amazing. The rooms were excellent. The cleanliness of the property good. Breakfast excellent and parking so easy. However I have to say they do not state everything in Expedia. They said they had a restaurant but neglected to say it was not on the premises and was a good 12 minute walk up a steep hill. My husband can’t walk to well so we didn’t go the night we arrived. If you can’t do the walk like my husband there is a bar beside the hotel call the Moon Bar which is good for pizzas, pasta and burgers if you want something to eat. Not too bad. They advertised a terrace but neglected to say it was only open for breakfast. The bar had limited drinks eg very little wine. This was a little disappointing but the staff and property made up for it. We did end up going to their restaurant for lunch and it was very good worth the trip.

The hotel was in a good location, not far from the Ferrari museum, and an in-home cooking class that we took. It was relatively clean, and the air conditioning was fantastic! It was a nice break from the heat. Breakfast is included, which was a plus.

We stayed at hotel Guerro for 3 nights during our visit to Bologna, Maranello and Modena. It was an excellent choice as we rented a car and it is much better than staying in Bologna because the parking is easier, the rooms are larger, the area is very quiet and plenty of excellent restaurants around. The hotel is recently renovated the rooms are very modern and the amenities are on par with 5* hotels (shower robes, slippers, shaving set…). Breakfast is delicious and generous made of high quality products. Highly recommend if you have a car!

Hotel Guerro was a stopover on our way to Liguria from Venice and we had to arrive late, this wasn’t a problem for the reception staff who emailed us all the relevant details to late check-in and have a good nights rest. Room was excellent size for a family of 4 along with good bathroom facilities. Breakfast was continental so plenty to choose from. It was a short stay but a pleasant one. We were also 15 minutes from Maranello and *the* museum!

The hotel is new snd clean. The staff curteous and quick to help. Went out of their way to advise to recommend great local restaurant and contacted them for reservation for us before closing. Hotel has EV charger. Nice breakfast included. Will stay there again if in the area
