An easy walk to the most wonderful museum.

Well positioned with parking & v helpful staff

The breakfast was great but I am coeliac and there were very few options. It cost me €10.50 for a gluten free roll with cheese and orange juice. Hotel itself was totally faultless and in a great location. Staff were friendly

This hotel had parking included, and it was so convenient that it made a four star hotel a five star.

I felt taken advantage of at this property. When we checked in they informed me that Expedia had under charged me as a single and I was traveling with my daughter. So they had to add extra fees for her and for parking. Even after I showed them the reservation confirmation clearly showing 2 people on it, they insisted I pay extra fees. But the location was convenient.

Muy cerca del teatro, muy tranquilo y limpio

En general, bien. Pero deberían cambiar los colchones, y el mantenimiento del baño se echaba en falta. Alguna humedad en el cerco de madera de la puerta del baño, generada por fuga de la ducha,, la tapa del wc medio rota, etc…

Es un hotel correcto, limpio y cómodo, muy cerca del Teatro romano y del centro de Mérida.

El internet tiene muy poco alcance y la llave de nuestra regadera funcionaba bastante mal

Très propre. Parlait seulement espagnol, mais on a réussi à se comprendre. Facilité de stationnement. Le matin, on est partis tôt et l'employé nous a servi un café. Très bien.

La habitación era incómoda, estaba muy vieja y el personal no era nada servicial ni remotamente encantador.

Le personnel est charmant. La proximité du centre historique est fort aprrecuzble. On peut tout faire à pieds.
