Very clean and great location

Everyone and just about everything was great, except for the bed was too hard. I would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The room was extremely clean and since it was not facing the main street, it was pretty quiet. The best thing about the stay was how helpful the staff was. They were all so nice and extremely friendly. The coffee area was extremely convenient and the daily pastries and water were very sweet.

Clean room, friendly staff and location is near restaurants and transportation

We flew in and out of Madrid’s airport for a vacation in northern Spain. We were only in Madrid the night of arrival and the night before we left to come back home. Both nights we stayed at B&B and had a great experience. The hotel is just a couple minutes from a square where Ubers are able to pickup (they cannot pickup at the hotel, as it is on a pedestrian street). We were able to walk to many tourist spots and shopping/food. The staff was excellent and provided bagged breakfast at each room before 5:30 A.M. each day. There is a self service cafe where they provide fruit, cookies, water/juice, and a coffee machine. We would definitely go back!

Great location, few steps from Puerta del Sol.

This place is great! Very well located for everything. The whole place has air-conditioning and the rooms are super sound proof. Very quiet. The kitchen area under reception was really helpful. Free tea, coffee, water, juices, biscuits and fruit 24 hours a day. Beds are huge and really comfortable. Every morning a bag of croissants and cake were left on the door handle which was unexpected. Highly recommend!

The hotel was convenient and our room was clean and comfortable. Being at one of the most convenient spots meant we were also at one of the busiest spots in Madrid. If you wanted to party all night, you’d be good. But the party, and all its guests were outside our windows until at least 3am every night. Sooooo loud, and even with the earplugs they left at the bedside, we hardly got any sleep.

Spotless room. AC on point! Extremely convenient location. Rooms are huge. They are very attentive, every morning they left some pantries at the door and water refill. Thank you.

Good location, very helpful stuff, 24 hour coffee/tea snack bar is great. They let us 3pm late check out with 15 euro addition.
