Nice hotel in a very good location. The pool area is lovely with a great view. Rooms are nice but pillows are awful. Took three requests to have them changed. In-room safe did not work and we asked three times for this to be rectified without success. Ironically there is a disclaimer in the room about not leaving valuables in the safe! Rooms at the front have a view of the bullring but it’s noisy in the morning, even though it’s a limited access road. This would be a problem for many probably. Oddest, and meanest, item was that they want to charge you for tiny packets of biscuits in the room - never, ever experienced that ever, anywhere in the world! Would we stay again, possibly, but they have some matters that need attention first.

Overall a really fantastic place to spend a night in Ronda. Easy to find in a great location, the room was clean and tidy and really spacious. Staff friendly and helpful and loved the roof top pool overlooking the bullring. Could have done with a few more sunloungers as it got busy late in the afternoon! Superb breakfast, lots of choice and catered for all needs. Would not hesitate to return and will definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful, modern hotel that is centrally located. The junior suite was perfect for us, especially the lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The staff were all very kind.

Perfect location with good views

A lovely modern hotel in the heart of Ronda. Everything was exceptionally clean, stylish and very well maintained. The location is perfect for exploring the town, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was also well worth the extra cost, with a great selection of fresh, quality food to start the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again.

We loved the hotel, the staff & the location. My only complaint is that I booked a room with a balcony and we got a room with a garden view instead. Other than that, it was great.

This is a superb hotel to stay in when visiting Ronda. Its location is perfect and the staff were simply terrific.

Excellent location!! In the heart of city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Beautiful views from top floor restaurant. I’m glad I stayed there.

Parking instructions for nearby public car park were very clear.. making it a seamless arrival! Hotel is perfectly located for the Bullring and the bridge.. literally a few strides away! Food was fabulous and room was superb! Highly recommended 5*

We enjoyed our visit, this hotel is centred to everything. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very impressive on arrival in the foyer, check in staff lovely. The room wasn’t ready so we went up to the bar for a snack. I used the toilet there which left a lot to be desired. 3 cubicles for both men and women. Very shabby and basic, not what I expected after the initial entrance. Aside from that the hotel was nice, a clean, well presented room. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice from the buffet. The rooftop bar/restaurant & pool deck was a bonus with lovely views up the main street and overlooking the Bullring. Excellent location too.
