Overall a decent stay. Room was a normal size but the shower was spacious. Had to ask for better pillows as they provide 2 awful tiny lumpy ones. We had a few issues with construction noise outside our room window, room not being cleaned when requested and some staff issues but the manager was understanding and apologetic and made it up to us. I would recommend the location because it’s walking distance from attractions such as Tivoli and 2 mins from a train station. The meat packing district is also full of bars, cafes and bakeries and eateries and there is also a Netto very close.

Breakfast was awesome, bar good, comfortable communal areas.

Great atmosphere and vibe all around. Friendly bartenders. And the dj was absolutely an amazing touch to my stay. Chill and smooth flow right thru the evening. By far my favorite hotel in denmark.

Hotel staff lovely and very helpful. Room was nice and clean, only problem we had as checked in late and very tired was the toilet was trickling all night as if ongoing flush but too tired to go and report it, neighbouring room banging hard on the wall several times throughout the night felt like an earthquake so not a very good nights sleep overall

Extremely expensive breakfast. No amenities in room, no fridge, no kettle. Nothing. You have to pay for everything. Seems good value on the surface but not once you factor everything in. Online check in process is very impersonal as well. Had 3 separate rooms across 3 different floors. Can’t move between them. Wouldn’t stay again.

We found this hotel had a great atmosphere about it and was in a good location.

Good hotel

The hotel’s facilities were excellent, but because check in and out was digital, I never interacted with hotel staff. The online portal said breakfast was at a fee, but I was told afterward it was included. I’m disappointed that this wasn’t clearer and better articulated.

Excellent, helpful staff. Room clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Location walking distance to the city centre and many tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

Room is fine. Cleaning on demand is annoying but should at least be an extra towel. Breakfast extortionate.

Because this is an eco hotel you're unable to control the temperature of the room, also, the shower water was barely warm at it's highest temperature setting. The bathroom floor also looked like it was in need of a good cleaning. If you can overlook these things at least the bed was comfortable!

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, room was spotless the only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities.

The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the coverings plenty warm on frigid nights. The staff was very friendly explaining breakfast choices and restaurant options nearby. The hotel is an easy walk along cobblestone streets from the main train station. Two grocery stores are nearby, along with a variety of restaurants.

Such a lovely hotel with great service!
