Beautiful elegant hotel. Location was good for shopping and dining. We enjoyed drinks at the hotel bar nightly and it was very nice.

This was my second time at Hotel Birks. it is an amazing hotel. The staff is lovely, Henri’s Bistro is amazing and the location is perfect. I highly recommend treating yourself to a stay at this lovely spot in Montreal.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of the City. Although it has historical roots, the hotel rooms and amenities are totally up to date and done in exquisite taste. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Well located and appointed, this property is a gem in the heart of Montreal. The staff is going above and beyond, the hotel is beautiful and clean. Kudos to the restaurant for a great brunch/breakfast.

The service was just okay. It could have been better. The amenities are not that great! Overall the Property is Beautiful but feel better service would take it to another level.

Amazing stay, wish they had casting for the TV.

The building is a converted historic jewelry store and it is beautiful. It is set on St Phillip’s Square which has a great monument and fountains. The area is lively, very walkable, but also quiet in the room. The bathroom was wonderful with a great tub and heated towels! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!!

A classy property, centrally located in the new Montreal with 20 mins walk to the only city. Very please with everything they offered This will be our go to hotel in future visits

This was a return trip after staying here in July 2025. Our room wasn’t as nice this time around and we could hear constant noise from rooms around us and outside on the street which affected our sleep, a bit disappointing as we really enjoyed our stay previously hence the return stay. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar on this occasion.
