Always satisfied to stay at this hotel. The location is great, it's close to many restaurants and cafes, and it's close to the sports center. Beautiful room, nice and clean place.

The hotel was creepy and a bit dirty, and the carpet looked old. But the breakfast was really good, so it was worth the price.

Overall OK to stay at this hotel for a staycation

The hotel is close to everything, just across the street there is a pretty good cafe. If you want to jog, you can also go to Saparua Field, I really like it.

It would be nice to renovate the hotel slowly, perhaps floor by floor, as it looks like an old hotel with little maintenance. While I think the hotel is very nice, the cleanliness is lacking. 🙏

A 5-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and smell good. Some spiders nested in the rooms, but the rooms smelled clean, and some were dusty. The sink was clogged. The swimming pool was mossy. But it was comfortable enough for our staycation, and worth the price.

Booked 3 rooms. Two of them smelled of urine. Next to room 108, there was a family having a wedding. The doorbell was ringing loudly from night to night, disturbing my sleep. Suggestion: If there's an event at the hotel, it's best to have it on one floor, not shared with other guests.

The room was nice, clean and fragrant. There was hot and strong water. The service was friendly.

The room was old, the bedsheets and blankets looked dull, a bit dirty and had hair. The sofa in the room was dirty, not dull, right? And the tables were dusty. Late night check out, so there was no time to ask for a change. The TV also couldn't be turned on. We paid 797k for just a bed and AC. Definitely not coming back. PS. Why is the condition different from the reviews I read? Was it because I arrived late at night so I was given a random room?

The staff is friendly, but the amenities could use more soap and shampoo. The breakfast is delicious, and it's a pleasant stay.
