Clean room... Friendly service

At first I thought it was a bit creepy, the old vintage building, but it turned out to be very comfortable and the room was very spacious. The bed was also wide. It was a shame in the morning, I don't know why all the power outlets didn't work. There was only one power outlet that could be used for charging. Sob. The lobby is nice, but it's really hot during the day because there's no AC inside, only a fan at the reception, it's a shame. But okay, the service is great, next time I want to go there again if I go to SBY, but please fix the power outlets, okay!!

The shower was broken but not all the rooms.

The Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was slow, sometimes connecting, sometimes not, but mostly it wouldn't connect. So the smart TV had to use a personal hotspot.

Accessibility is good, as the hotel is located on a major highway. If you stay here, choose a room overlooking the city. The rooms are spacious and affordable. I stayed here for 3 nights. Security is good. The staff, including the employees and security guards, are all friendly.

Strategically located hotel in the city center

Very close to the zoo. Friendly service. Clean towels. However, the facilities are starting to look dull and need extra maintenance (the bathroom glass door is dull, the hardware bolts and nuts are loose). While it doesn't affect functionality, it's unsightly.

The hotel staff was friendly, but when we arrived, it happened to rain and the windows leaked water. We ended up changing rooms. Maybe it was because of the rain and wind. The rooms were damp, and the operator's phone often had errors. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
