Always satisfied when staying here because the staff are friendly and it is close to the mall so if you are bored you can go out and it is really comfortable, I like it

My second stay here, my mistake was booking the cheapest room, so the facilities were a bit lacking. The walls inside the room were moldy, but the AC was cold, and there were mosquitoes too 😭. Next time, book a deluxe premier room, the front building is better. The back building is a bit creepy, but it's okay if you're looking for a budget hotel in the city center.

The hotel is strategically located. A short walk ahead leads to the main road, close to Ambarukmo Plaza and numerous fast food outlets. The ambiance is garden-like. It has two floors and only has stairs to access. So, if you're bringing a lot of stuff, it's a real challenge to get a room on the second floor. But don't worry, the hotel will deliver your luggage to your room. I booked a deluxe premier room, which was spacious, with a window and a balcony. There's a mini fridge. The bathroom is quite spacious and has complete amenities. The water heater works well and the faucet is wudhu-friendly. A pitcher is provided for refilling water, and a dispenser is provided in the hallway. There's also a swimming pool. Although close to the main road, it's not noisy.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was also calm, everything went well.
