The rooms are clean, incredibly comfortable, and there's a swimming pool. I'll be a regular when I visit Lembang. It's easy to find food for breakfast and dinner, it's close to everything, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

Honestly, expectations and reality are too far apart. The room is very dirty, the window curtains have holes and are very dirty, the bed has blood stains, the shower faucet is leaking, the room smells bad and there are cockroaches. A very bad experience.

The hotel staff was friendly, I stayed there for 2 nights, the second night was hot, there was no AC or fan.

The hotel's cleanliness is lacking, starting from the room, the sheets are stained, the equipment in the bedroom is not well maintained. For the bathroom, the water works well. I asked to move rooms, fortunately I was previously placed on the top floor where the sink was not working and the room atmosphere was also very uncomfortable. For breakfast because there were no visitors, they were only given one menu (choose fried rice/noodles) and warm tea, but the taste of the fried rice was good. For the staff, there were also few, not many coming and going, it seemed like there was no life😅. Oh yeah, the phone in the room also didn't work so I couldn't call the hotel staff for anything, previously in the upstairs room too. When the hotel is quiet, the atmosphere is honestly creepy🥲. The point is that the hotel management needs to improve how to fix everything. It's a shame that a hotel this big has so many shortcomings.
