The room didn't match the photos, smelled bad, was dim, and was creepy. Bringing babies is highly not recommended. It's very cheap, but it's not suitable for families, especially those with children. The staff was nice and friendly, but the room environment was very poor.

On my second day at the Smart King Hotel, the towels smelled distinctly of Bayclin and were a bit worn. Suggestions: The bathroom needs some work; the sink lacks soap.

The check-in process is often slow, resulting in long queues. The room's cutlery is not clean enough, and the kettle for hot water smells really bad. However, other conditions are comfortable and good.

The hotel was nice, but our room, M207, smelled really bad of cigarette smoke, as if someone had just finished smoking. There were cigarette butts in front of our room's toilet, and we weren't moved to a new room. I was disappointed.
