The location is strategic because it's close to the train station. It's also on a city road close to Merdeka Square. Saturday nights are perfect if you enjoy activities on the street in front of the hotel, as the road is usually closed on Saturday nights, and Sunday mornings also have car-free activities. For those who like quiet, perhaps weekdays are more suitable. For this price, the facilities should no longer use old equipment, such as the AC and TV, which are old, even though they still function, so the AC is quite noisy. Occasionally, you can hear the sound of passing trains, although it's not too disturbing.

Friendly staff and decent breakfast with enough options also for vegetarians. The rooms are soundproof, and at least on the higher floors quiet. For the price, good.

I got a second-floor smoking room, even though I'd said I was bringing my children and my husband, who'd just been discharged from the hospital. I ended up asking for another room, and the staff immediately helped me.

The only downside was that our room required us to climb stairs, which was a bit challenging as we were traveling with family and carrying several heavy suitcases. It would be more convenient if guests with larger luggage or elderly family members could be assigned rooms with lift access. Overall, we had a good experience and would gladly stay here again. Very strategic location in the center of Medan city, close access to public transportation to everywhere, Trans Deli, friendly receptionists, clean and comfortable rooms, easy access for onward travel by train, or Trans Deli, this is the reason we returned to stay here.

The AC was very noisy, we got to the 6th floor and there was no elevator from the 5th to the 6th floor, and the stairs were high and there were no staff to help carry bags.
