I'm always satisfied with my stay at The Papandayan. Every time I visit Bandung, I always stay here. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, ample amenities, and the kids will love the horse-drawn carriage rides on weekends.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, tidy, the staff are friendly, the food is varied and delicious, only the refill of coconut milk and batagor seasoning takes a bit long.

I really liked the food; there was a wide selection and it was delicious. Love it! Even when I left clothes at checkout, they delivered them the same day. It was truly memorable. The receptionist was friendly. The staff were also friendly. The location is excellent, close to everything. It's an older hotel, but still nice and clean. There's a garden, which makes it really cool, but unfortunately, people are smoking there, so the air is quite polluted. You can't relax there for long.

Surprisingly good to stay here.
