Friendly hotel, really complete, clean and very friendly staff, kids friendly too

So far, during my staycation, Papandayan has been the most comfortable. It was my first time, but it was the most memorable. The service is undeniable: very responsive, friendly, and efficient. The facilities are complete, clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the room service food is delicious, worth the money. Next time I'm in Bandung, I'll definitely come back here. Oh, and there's also a delicious culinary spot nearby, called Haji Wong, which is a great place to hang out.

Best hotel to stay with kids, have kids club for kids activity, infinity pool, horse riding very unique service provided here, many variety of breakfast, very comfortable bed.

The receptionist was kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with everything from local, regional, and Western dishes. The hotel is nice and comfortable. There's a mini forest and free fish feeding. There's also a playground for kids. Parking is a bit far back, though.

Recommend for family hotel, near from mall.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, every morning the kids enjoyed riding the horse cart, feeding the fish in the fish pond, having a complete breakfast, there were also children's activities, every afternoon we had snacks in the swimming pool, the spa massage was delicious. The room was spacious, comfortable with a bathtub. The kids loved coming here. Next time we'll stay again.. See you The Papandayan..

The hotel is clean, the hotel staff are friendly, the breakfast menu has many variations and there is a free delman experience from the hotel.
