Dear Valued Guest,
Warm greetings from Pullman Jakarta Central Park.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay with your family. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving our guest experience.
First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. We regret that the assistance with your luggage at the security screening area did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team so we can reinforce our service standards and ensure guests receive better assistance in the future.
On a positive note, we are delighted to know that Wulan at our Front Office made you feel welcomed with her warm hospitality and was able to assist you with your luggage while you enjoyed your visit to Jakarta Aquarium. We will be sure to share your kind recognition with her—it will certainly mean a lot.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the room layout. We understand that the open-concept bathroom design may not be ideal for families seeking greater privacy, especially when traveling with older children. While this is part of our room's contemporary design concept, we sincerely regret the discomfort it caused during your stay. We are grateful that you shared your feedback directly with both Mr. Jaka and Mr. Lalan, and please be assured that your comments have been noted and shared with our management team for future consideration.
Additionally, we apologize for the air conditioning issue you encountered. We appreciate your patience while our Engineering team attended to the matter.
It is wonderful to know that you enjoyed the in-room dining, as well as our spacious swimming pool. We hope these positive experiences helped make your stay more enjoyable.
Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back to Pullman Jakarta Central Park, where we will strive to provide you with an even more comfortable and memorable stay.
Warm regards,
Diana Afriza
