The place is clean, close to the mall, and the staff is friendly. There's no tissue except in the restroom, the TV could use an upgrade, and the bed is hard. Overall, it's okay.

The hotel staff is friendly, clean, and smells great. A small suggestion for the toilets in the rooms: perhaps adding sealant to certain gaps to provide more privacy and soundproofing between rooms. It's quite comfortable, and the hotel is close to various attractions, perfect for long-term business trips. Thank you very much.

This hotel is always full, the area is nice, and it's easily accessible. The rooms aren't soundproof, but they're comfortable for a good night's sleep. I've stayed here several times and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's close to Semarang's tourist attractions. The only downside is the air conditioning isn't cool enough, or perhaps Semarang is really hot. I'll definitely return if I'm in Semarang again ☺️

The package I chose was breakfast for 3 people because I was bringing my 6-year-old child with me. Upon check-in, I was still asked to pay an additional Rp 50,000 because the age limit for free breakfast is 5 years old.
