Strategic access directly to the mall door

The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast food is varied.

It's close to the mall so it's convenient, you don't have to go far to shop.

Everything was good, as expected for Ibis quality. Unfortunately, we were given Western food for breakfast. The local side dishes were only fish fillet and three kinds of eggs.

The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it's close to the mall. Overall, it's okay, nice ❤️

Nice hotel, close to Transmart & TSM mall, service needs to be improved, water dispenser is empty, breakfast at the restaurant tastes just okay.

Nice stopby here. Breakfast is good, and the staffs are friendly and fast to clean or immediately take action when we need something. The location inside has a shopping mall and Transmart. It's good when you bring your kids to have fun at Trans Studio.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. It's a shame my stay didn't include breakfast. The location is strategic, with plenty of culinary options close by in the morning and evening. Thank you, Ibis.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.

The staff was friendly, check-in and all services were fast. Everything was great.

Okay, it's reliable and the room can fit a lot for gatherings.

Comeback stay, smooth check-in check-out, comfy stay, too bad pintu kamar mandi cannot be closed properly but no big deal due to we only stay for one night
