Asking for boiled eggs wasn't possible, and the excuse was always that they were on their way. It looked like the room needed fogging because there were so many baby cockroaches. And then there was the leaking sink.

I love this hotel. Next time, I will book again.

This hotel is in an older building. Despite this, the staff is friendly, the rooms are affordable, and it's close to Ciwalk and the ITB campus.

The bed frame in the room I was assigned happened to be broken, so please fix it. Overall, it was comfortable, as this was my third time staying here.

The room was very comfortable and quite clean, although the Wi-Fi was unusable due to reported problems. Breakfast was terrible. During my stay, there was only fried rice, fried noodles, chicken that looked like curry with no seasoning, and chicken soup served without chicken (only cabbage). There was only one waitress and she struggled to serve all the guests. Please improve, as I've stayed at Serela several times, but I feel the service is getting worse.

Very strategic location, cool air conditioning, newly renovated and clean. Friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere.

The food is not tasty and not very varied, for the price of 800 thousand, it only has fried rice, there is not even something as simple as white rice.
