There were only two staff members in the lobby, which made check-in time long. There were long lines, and the staff was very slow to serve.

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean, modern, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The pool facilities were also well-maintained. The location is excellent—only 10 minutes from the airport—and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety.

I really enjoyed staying at the Dalton Hotel. It's highly recommended because the rooms are clean, and the pool is spacious and clean.

The room on the 1st floor didn't get any cell phone network and the hotel wifi was very slow, so after only 2 hours in the room I immediately checked out.

The sheets and bedcover weren't very clean, with yellow stains on them, I don't know what they were. The access card was also always problematic and hard to read in the elevator. But overall, the staff were nice and friendly 👍
