I've stayed here many times, the rooms are nice, and the service is good. The only problem is that some of the bathrooms don't have hot water. Hopefully, things will improve.

We had a wonderful four-night stay here. There's plenty of food, just choose according to your budget. Close to ITC and JIEXPO. Friendly service, clean rooms, and decent toilets. However, breakfast wasn't very varied, and there were no water refills.

Disappointed with the lobby food service staff. They lacked manners and behaved unethically towards guests. Are such staff not trained before starting their jobs? For comfort, the hotel's cleanliness is quite good.

All the staff are friendly, the facilities are complete, the rooms are clean, fragrant, the AC is in good condition, the location is close to public facilities (busway stops, train stations), and for a price under 300 thousand rupiah including breakfast, it's very good value. Only for the food menu (breakfast) there is not much variety, otherwise it is satisfactory 😊🙏
