Just so-so... I was given a room on the third floor alone. I asked to be moved to the second floor so I could have some company and be near the smoking area, but I couldn't get help. I've been to almost every hotel in Bogor, but this is the only one like that. My son doesn't want to stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out. The location is strategically located near the Botanical Gardens, so you can just cross the street to jog around them. The Buy 1 Get 1 program at certain times for food and drinks in the lounge is also highly anticipated ✌🏻😁

Everything was fine, except why were cats kept and allowed in the hotel? The sofas got dirty with fur and stuck to our clothes. Hopefully, this will be reviewed so that pets aren't allowed in hotels due to hygiene concerns. Overall, it's fine, with just this one negative.
