Strategically located in Bogor City. If you're looking for food, you can walk to the Malabar area or the mall near Botani Square. The service is friendly and quite good, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The breakfast menu could be updated; sometimes it doesn't need to be extensive, as long as it tastes good.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. Despite being an older hotel, they're still in good condition and don't feel dated. The location is also strategic. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

Room service was excellent; when I asked for toilet paper and an empty bowl, they were promptly delivered. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for two people, with easy access and proximity to the city center.

A comfortable hotel with close access to everywhere in Bogor.

The price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the same location. Facilities and amenities are sufficient. There is only one elevator, but it is sufficient as there are only 3 storeys.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the bedrooms are spacious, the facilities are complete, the location is very strategic, right in front of the Bogor Botanical Gardens, close to the Botanical Mall, easy access.

The hotel is nice, and the breakfast area is great. The food is varied and extensive, and delicious. It's located in front of the Bogor Botanical Gardens. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Bogor.

For the past 2 years I have been staying at a hotel in Bogor almost every weekend... that's why I have stayed at a hotel 4 times, but this is the first time I have entered the Permata hotel because I stayed here about 12 years ago and it was not comfortable... but this... is very different, it has been completely renovated so everything is good... clean etc... very satisfied... the room and atmosphere are nice especially for families, breakfast is sufficient... the service and response of the staff... good
