I didn't think it was worth the Rp250,000 per night price for a room like that. The lights were dim, the sheets were a bit dirty, the AC wasn't cold even at 16°F, the bathroom mirror was blurry, and the floor was dirty. On the second day, I checked out and looked for a decent budget hotel, and finally found one. I'll never return to Harleys Residence again. It's terrible.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and still in good condition. The breakfast is as delicious as before, and it's still there. The AC in room 503 needs to be fixed. It only blows air but isn't cold. Overall, everything is fine.

The area around the hotel is also bustling with food stalls, minimarkets, and grocery stores. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and a deposit is required. The hotel area is comfortable and clean. I got a non-smoking room as expected. The bed and pillows were comfortable, soft, and the AC was chilly, and the water flowed smoothly, either hot or cold. It was very comfortable. The view is of the village rather than tall buildings, but it was okay. For breakfast, I had Lontong Sayur with egg, which was delicious and a generous portion. They also offered coffee, tea, and bread. I might stay here again sometime, but I'm not disappointed. It's worth it. Thank you very much, Harlys Residence

The staff is not friendly when I ask them to check the AC in my parents' room. They help, but their expressions are hard to explain. Also, when I am enjoying my meals, the staff always seem to be observing every guest, which is totally uncomfortable because they have already prepared the meals by portion, so in my mind, they should not need to worry about the food. Actually, the room is comfortable, the cleanliness is basic, and they have a water heater, so no problem with the room.

Walking distance to nearby traditional market, shopping malls, bus stops, and BRT stations. Surrounded by convenience stores, street food hawkers, cafes, and laundromats. Room and building seemed very well maintained. Was assigned room 308 and found a tiny dead roach under the bedside table. Told housekeeping at 3 PM when leaving for dinner outside, then came back to hardly find any signs of handling. No big deal personally, so I decided to clean it up myself, then found another one climbing the bathroom wall. Drainage issue, I guess; might be wrong though. Included breakfast came portioned and tasted fine despite limited meal options. I could ask the staff, but a written menu and allergen information would be appreciated.

Overall, my stay here was quite comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was responsive when needed. However, the room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay. Hopefully, housekeeping will be more focused in the future to improve guest comfort.
