The location is very strategic, the rooms are clean, the amenities are complete (there is not even a hairdryer), the staff are very friendly and informative, they can recommend delicious places to eat.

Overall, my stay here was quite comfortable. Upon first entering the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. However, after turning on the air conditioning and the hotel staff promptly provided air freshener, the room was much better and more comfortable. Thank you to the responsive and helpful staff. Hopefully, in the future, room cleanliness and freshness will be given greater attention to maximize the guest experience.

Staying here during Ramadan is a no-brainer, as it's close to the bustling culinary scene around Burangrang/Lengkong/Gatsu. The rooms are spacious and clean (I asked for one with a window), and the air conditioning is cool. However, the TV didn't have a signal when I tried to use it (the technician had to leave at 12 noon).

The room had insects in the bed, on the mattress, and in the bathroom. It's one of the worst hotels in the world.
