Very spacious, with generous storage. I would love to have a more than two-day meeting here, for I wouldn't worry about finding things. Love the pool too.

Overall, everything was fine and comfortable, but unfortunately, we were given a connecting room, and the adjacent room was occupied, so the view wasn't the pool view we requested. On the plus side, check-in was quick, and we were fortunate to be able to check in early.

The hotel staff are very friendly, from security, reception to restaurant staff. The room is neat, spacious & comfortable. Everything is okay. Something is missing: cellphone charger. Parking is charged. I wanted to leave the hotel for a while at 7:15 PM, but was charged a parking fee even though it was explained that I was a hotel guest & parking had also been registered by hotel security, but the parking staff argued that I had only checked in less than a day ago so I was charged a parking fee. Tomorrow when I check out, parking is free. In the end, I paid using e-money, they said it doesn't have to be cash, even though I often pay for parking at the mall using e-money.

A comfortable hotel. The room was comfortable, but there were a few dirty spots, such as near the window and behind the curtains. Otherwise, it was fine, the air conditioning was very cold. As for the breakfast menu, I'm sorry to say it was lacking. There wasn't much variety. There were very few chairs and tables. Please improve. Thank you.

The rooms are clean, the pool facilities are nice and clean. The staff are friendly, even the security guards are friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Cirebon, just a short walk from the mall. Ample parking.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed at this hotel and it never disappoints... Next time I will stay here again.
