Basic amenities were missing: no hand soap, facial tissues, face towels, sanitary bags, or laundry bags. A kettle was missing, as not everyone was comfortable going in and out of the room to get hot water from the dispenser outside. The elevator exit area leading to the room felt spooky, as did the bathroom. The room wasn't soundproof. You could hear someone sneezing next door. Spooky. Even though it's been renovated, the old feel is still there.

The hotel is clean, the check-in process is easy, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the room is clean and tidy, wifi, the water heater is safe, access to the city is easy, very close to 23 Paskal, just walk, in front of the hotel there is Bakmi Rajim, across from the hotel is Kartika Sari. Next time, God willing, if I go back to Hotel Cemerlang for a vacation again 👍🏻 RECOMMENDED. Always success, Hotel Cemerlang.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, and clean, the food is delicious, and there's a hairdryer in the restroom. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here; it could be one of the best hotels in Bandung.
