The receptionist was friendly, and the staff who escorted me to my room were also friendly. The service was excellent, although there was a slight hiccup during check-in. It's just a shame the property was dusty and under-maintained. The water for showering and the toilet had a slow flow. The bathroom smelled of sewage. It wasn't soundproof, and it was made worse by the noisy guests next to me. Their child cried constantly, even when being bathed, even though he was already older, and he was outdone by the babies in the other rooms. Just come here once. Thank you.

Early check-in was possible, the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. You could request extra towels for the hot spring therapy at Tirta Gangga. It was a great experience; if I plan to visit Garut again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was spacious, but the bed was of poor quality. The springs were all broken. I requested a replacement but received more or less the same quality. I initially wanted to add another room, but the room offered smelled damp. In the end, I ordered an extra bed. However, I got a poor quality bed that also smelled of rat urine because it was stored in an open basement. When I asked for a replacement, they told me they didn't have any. So I had to install one. I slept wearing a mask because of the smell. Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

It's not really worth it, a hotel with a price above 500 thousand maybe because of the long weekend. But yesterday the shower smelled, the room also smelled of cigarettes, the AC took a long time to cool, breakfast was very ordinary for that price, no vegetables/stir-fries, only fried rice, fried food, martabak, nuggets, crackers, egg stall, cereal, chicken porridge, 1 type of fruit, boiled food, drinks.

As soon as I entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes, was stuffy, and the bathroom smelled of urine. The room was spacious, the TV was average, and the breakfast was very basic for the price. Perhaps the price had gone up because of the long weekend.
