The Wi-Fi was problematic. A complaint was filed in the afternoon, but only followed up in the evening. The signal reappeared briefly, then disappeared again. A complaint in the morning received no response at all. It's not suitable for online assignments. For main meals, there are only three types of rice and side dishes, which doesn't live up to the hotel's star rating. It was a truly disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel.

It was a nice stay at D’primahotel. I specifically chose this hotel due to the location, as it is close to my family's place. Also, the service was nice, and they thoroughly maintained the cleanliness of the room. I have not experienced any issues while staying at this property. Definitely will stay again should I be visiting Tangerang in the future.
