A comfortable stay after a long journey. I had a smooth and easy late check-in at Sylvia Premier Hotel after arriving from Timor-Leste by travel. After such a long journey, it was wonderful to have a comfortable bed waiting for me! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I also enjoyed the huge variety of breakfast options, served beside the swimming pool. I especially loved the healthy jamu drinks and the selection of sushi—such a nice way to start the day! The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, which makes it easy to get around and explore. However, if you're looking specifically for a hotel with a beautiful sea view, this may not be the best option. Overall, a convenient and comfortable choice, especially after a long journey.

The AC was turned on at around 4 a.m., and when I woke up at 7:45 a.m., there was a leak, spilling a lot of water, making it a slippery experience. The Wi-Fi was also difficult to access, making for a less than ideal first stay.
