The hotel staff is friendly, but the receptionist doesn't smile much. The rooms are indeed luxurious, clean, and spacious, but unfortunately the tile floors make your feet cold. The funny thing is that the hallways are carpeted. I recommend partially carpeting the rooms. Although there are slippers, they are still uncomfortable. Yesterday I got a room with a pool view, which wasn't as nice as the rooms on the east side. The breakfast was delicious and complete. They even had Japanese udon. However, it's a bit far to eat at night, especially if you have to go out to the upper Tretes area for food. But overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay here for the price.

I booked a superior room and requested a corner room for its 90-degree view. It offers views of the mountains and the pool. The rooms are incredibly spacious, especially the higher-level rooms. Hehehe. The staff are all friendly, and the food is delicious.

I initially chose the Royal Senyiur Hotel because I was curious about the atmosphere. As soon as I entered the room, I immediately felt I had made the right choice. I chose a Superior room with a king bed. The room was spacious, had a nice interior, and most satisfyingly, it was incredibly clean. I even checked the details that are usually overlooked, but they were still spotless. The room was also fully equipped. There was a wardrobe, mini fridge, work desk, tea table, complete amenities, complimentary toiletries, and clean towels. My room also faced the pool, so waking up was a pleasant experience. My favorite part was the pool. It was clean, beautiful, and the water didn't sting from the chlorine. The view was also very beautiful. The hotel facilities were quite complete. There were indoor and outdoor restaurants, a prayer room, a cafe, a gym, a kids' corner, a swimming pool, and even a rooftop with mountain views. Breakfast was also delicious and had a wide selection, just like most hotels. Overall, my stay at the Royal Senyiur was pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, had complete facilities, and the atmosphere made me feel at home. The location was very close to Puthuk Truno Waterfall and Cimory Dairyland. Hopefully I can come here again later.

The hotel is tucked away down a dark, narrow street. The comfort is maintained, with spacious, clean rooms. Although it's an older hotel, it's still very well-maintained.

Alhamdulillah, I happened to get a mountain view, I was so happy. The installation was after the Subuh prayer, Masya Allah, it was really great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. On Sundays, there are activities for the kids, like decorating cakes and feeding fish. The food is delicious, and I happened to have breakfast this morning so it was still complete. The croissants are the best. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for introverts or those who are really bored with noisy environments. The room is quite big, bringing 2 kids can run around 😂 That's all from me, if I have the fortune again, I will definitely come back 🥰

This is a hidden gem 👍 The room, oh my God, is spacious, there are 3 tables (near the window, near the bed, and a dressing table) plus a chair. The AC is great. The bathroom is clean, there is a bathtub, 2 showers so there is no fighting when taking a shower, a sink, a toilet with a spray, a hairdryer too. The soap and shampoo suit me, they don't make me dry. The breakfast variety is quite complete and delicious, oh my God. Request a room on the top floor and the view is also given, thank God. Highly recommended this hotel 👍👍👍

A quiet location away from the noise, the terrain is quite steep, and the access road to the hotel is full of potholes. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the portions are quite large. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
