Although we only had the opportunity to stay at Quirin Hotel for one night, it was quite memorable. The hotel building is old, but clean and well-maintained. The room size is also quite spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Strategically located in the city center, at night it is very busy with many food vendors. My children and I even walked around at night from one end to the other on Jalan Gajah Mada because it was busy and curious to see what was going on. Thank you Quirin Hotel for your service, I hope they can continue to provide a comfortable impression for all customers.

The hotel grounds, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I'd stay here again next time. If booking through the app, be sure to read the instructions carefully, as towels and soap aren't provided at the hotel, so bring your own.

I really like older hotels like Quirin because they're well-built and sturdy, with spacious rooms and standard hotel furniture. At night, you can walk to Blok GM, where there's a wide selection of satay and coffee shops. It's also within walking distance of Queen City Mall and Toko Oen. The staff are friendly!! ❤️

The location is actually strategic, close to the city center, the quality is commensurate with the price, and the receptionist service is good. However, the security guard didn't help us carry our luggage to our room, especially since it was on the top floor and had to use the stairs. There was no initiative. The room was actually clean, but why were there mosquitoes when I was trying to sleep at night? So, 7/10 stars for now.

The room does not provide hot water for brewing tea, there is only a thermos, not a water heater.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi is also smooth. I've stayed at Quirin many times and have never been disappointed.

The location is close to Queen City Mall. And there are several trendy cafes on either side of the hotel. The hotel does not provide complimentary amenities, including towels; guests can rent them. We recommend bringing your own. There are no hot water kettles or complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms, but you can request hot water at the restaurant. Fortunately, the hotel is also close to a super*Indo supermarket. Comfortable rooms, all facilities functioning, ample parking.

This is an old-school hotel, but the lobby looks a bit modern. The service is friendly. Breakfast is a boxed meal like MBG, with a plastic container. The menu is unappetizing, not very tasty, and the nuggets have hair on them. I found hair in two nuggets in different boxes. VERY DISGUSTING. Not fit to eat.

I've actually stayed at the Quirin hotel quite a few times. Usually, we get a room on the left side of the second floor with elevator access, but this time, when I requested a room in the area, as usual, the hotel staff didn't give me one. I was given a room on the right side of the second floor with stair access. It seems like the reason is full. I don't know, maybe because I booked through the app, I was given a spare room. The room was also dusty. There was a dispenser hidden in an empty room for drinking water. When I wanted to get water at night, the room was dark. For showering, the hot water took a long time to come out, only feeling a little warm after rinsing, and even then, I deliberately didn't turn it off (it actually wastes water like this, but I had to do it for the sake of getting warm water). Hopefully, it will be better in the future... It would be a shame if the service and facilities continue to decline like this, it's very different from what I felt before Covid.
