Got a smoking room, it really smelled of cigarettes from the previous person, so my clothes, pillows, bed sheets, and hair all smelled of cigarettes.

The staff is a bit uncommunicative, but that's okay, it's comfortable.

The hotel staff was extremely unpleasant. I arrived in the lobby and was told my room wasn't ready, so I ended up waiting for an hour. I finally took the initiative to ask if it was ready, and they said it had been. Not to mention, I booked a room with one king bed and was given twin beds, forced to join them. Highly not recommended.

Not suitable for a timid person like me. When I first entered the lobby, it was quite comfortable and quiet. But once I got to my room, the hallway was incredibly creepy. Once I entered the room, I became even more paranoid. Furthermore, my room felt like it was in a basement and had no signal. I use Telkomsel. After checking in, I was in my room in less than 15 minutes, so I immediately found another hotel and checked out on 05/10/26

The room size was okay, but the bedsheet was very old with cigarette burn patches. The white bedsheet and cover had become yellow. It looked very dirty and felt itchy as soon as I touched the bed. The washroom curtain was also in the same dirty condition. As a result, I checked out within half an hour of my stay even though I had booked the room for two nights. The only positive aspect was the location, and nothing else. Thank you.

The hotel's location is strategic, close to the city and the Klojen People's Market. However, the room's ambiance, particularly its odor, lacked fragrance and felt damp. The bathroom also smelled strongly of paint. Hopefully, this can be fixed, as the location is excellent. Thank you.
