The hotel staff are all friendly, the rooms are spacious & clean, hot water is also available, free access to the Selecta tourist attraction & shuttle service. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is delivered to the room. Cons: difficulty finding food at night because the restaurant does not provide food & snacks, there are no restaurants/stalls around at night, but can be overcome by buying food via GoFood/Grab online. Next time I will stay here again because I am very satisfied.

Recommendations for family vacations

There were a lot of people staying, there were 7 families, but there was no buffet breakfast. The twin beds were very small, probably because of the previous model. The air was cool and you got a voucher to enter the Selecta tourist area.

The place is comfortable and pleasant. The children really enjoyed staying there.

Some of the cooking utensils, such as the frying pan, need to be replaced. The bathroom is also lacking in cleanliness. The floor is still slippery, with cigarette butts on it. The mattress also feels like it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, it's okay for the price.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is very pleasant, the room is very spacious, the mattress is clean and fragrant, the bathroom is clean, the toiletries are complete and new, the AC is cold even though it is cold outside the room, there is a terrace plus a table and chairs next to the room, suitable for smokers while looking at the views of the mountains and Batu city, the swimming pool is large and the mountain view, free breakfast also has many variants all you can eat, free shuttle bus to Selecta tourist attractions, free entrance tickets and Ferris wheel ride tickets.

the room has no AC, the room is hot

It was a great stay at the Selecta Hotel. 1. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, complete with furniture, some of which was a bit dated but still functioning well. 2. The wardrobe hinges need lubrication to keep them quiet when opened. 3. There's no air conditioning, but don't worry, the room still feels cool. 4. There's a balcony overlooking the pine trees, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a hot tea. 5. The only thing that made me uncomfortable in the room was the refrigerator, which I found noisy when the voltage was high. 6. The hot water worked well, with a fairly strong flow. 7. I got a room in front of the restaurant, which made me happy because I didn't have to travel all the way to the restaurant for breakfast. The room rate includes breakfast and Selecta entrance fees; just show the voucher given to me by the receptionist. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection. I loved the crispy snapper.

The room is very spacious, quite clean and cool, no need to turn on the AC because it is very cold at night. The only small input in room 512 where I stayed was the sound of the cupboard when opening/closing it was quite noisy, otherwise it was very comfortable and satisfying.
