A few days of staying at the hotel were not comfortable, the AC leaked, and the room was not cleaned every day.

My stay at the Daima Hotel was stressful. The air conditioning leaked and was damp. After that, the keys had to be replaced every four days. Stressful.

It was a very comfortable stay at Daima. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel is strategically located in the city center, but unfortunately, the reception staff are less than welcoming. Their curt tone, sullen expressions, and the way they look guests up and down with unpleasant glances make them feel uncomfortable. Hopefully, management can provide better customer service training.
