Hello hotel staff, I left my phone in room 317, Lailatul Rubiah. Check-in is from the 5th to the 8th, and check-out is on the 8th at 8 AM.

Aqua wasn't delivered from check-in to check-out. The same goes for remote control.

The mattress pad is not replaced after cleaning the room. I hope the hotel replaces the sheets every day after cleaning the room. The reception staff is not very good. I hope it can be improved to avoid bad comments from customers and the hotel not getting a response. Thank you.

Please maintain cleanliness, there are a lot of cockroaches. I often stay here, but I always find cockroaches in my bed every time the AC is turned off. Other than the cockroaches, everything is fine.

Strategic location, clean hotel, good facilities. The receptionist was friendly, but overall, the female housekeeper still lacks training. When I asked to clean the room, HK immediately opened the door without knocking or asking permission. Otherwise, everything was fine 👍

A hotel in the Mitra Raya shopping complex in Batam. A deposit is required upon check-in. There's an Indomaret store nearby. At night, there are plenty of food vendors around the hotel.
