Initially booked a deluxe king room, but when I arrived at the hotel, the FO said it was full and had not been updated when I booked. Forced to be given another room and will be replaced the next day when there is an available room (very professional, I swear). But what I didn't like when moving to room 315 was that the sheets were dirty, I don't know what (there were lipstick marks and various foot marks), as a result I slept using a bedcover. And worse on the 2nd floor, the room above us was very noisy, the sound of feet walking and beds or chairs being moved around, in essence it was really noisy or maybe because it was Saturday night.

Nice and comfortable clean, only the pool is a bit dirty.

The breakfast was very tasty, although there was little variety. The hotel grounds were very clean and comfortable. The rooms were also clean and had smart TVs. The only downside was the swimming pool, which may not have been cleaned yet.

Some hotel facilities need improvement, such as problematic toilets, an unsuitable or rarely cleaned pool, and room doors that are somewhat difficult to lock. Otherwise, the hotel is safe.

The staffs are nice and very helpful. I forgot my iWatch charger, but the staff helped me to get it from the room even though it was already occupied by another customer. The view from the pool was nice, also can go to the Diva pool beside the hotel, the sunset was amazing! Breakfast was simple but fit the price, love the bread though 👍

The first day of staying was still safe, but during breakfast the rice was grainy and seemed undercooked and had to tell the F&B department directly, as a result the rice was replaced again. Next the room asked for cleaning because the stay was 2 days, but when leaving the key it had been told to the receptionist to be cleaned, as a result when I returned the hotel around 9 pm I entered the room and it turned out the room had not been cleaned, meaning what was the morning shift receptionist doing. As a result, a gentleman came to clean the room, but it was a pity because it was late at night so he only asked for mineral water and a change of towels and a sweep (Thanks to the gentleman). And please if you work in the lobby, be more focused, don't be busy playing on your cellphone. I apologize because this is my experience and real, not an exaggeration. Thank you

Really like the atmosphere. For me who is an introvert and doesn't like crowds, this is highly recommended, it is also suitable for backpackers. The staff are all friendly. I really like it here, especially since the atmosphere at night is really quiet.

Surprised by the breakfast menu, which is usually self-serve and has several choices of side dishes, now they are served one menu of fried rice roa, and each table has been served individually by the cook. Even though the hotel atmosphere is comfortable and nice for a staycation. Hopefully in the future the breakfast menu can return to the way it was before.
