The hotel staff is friendly, nice, cleanliness is great. But unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in room 308 on the 3rd floor cannot be used. Want to watch TV can not. The hotel IT staff or officers should, before guests come into the room, the Wi-Fi condition is good. That's my only suggestion. The rest is overall good, CS is friendly, security guards are also friendly, cleanliness is very clean. Amenities, if possible add shampoo and comb. The best is the Hotel Nasa South Kalimantan. Overall, it's good, but the food could use a bit more variety, like other Indonesian dishes. It shouldn't be the same old thing, like it was during my two-day stay.

Everything was good and impressive. There's just one thing that needs improvement. Having Netflix in the room would make it more comfortable to relax. Just having a TV is less impressive. The picture is blurry and there are few channels.

This is the first time I've found a room with a mezzanine concept. Unique, comfortable, very clean, and quiet. All the facilities in the room can be used and function well. The staff is very friendly. It's perfect for those bringing families to stay here. Located in a housing complex, so it's close to kiosks/grocery stores. There are food vendors passing by so it's easy to find breakfast/dinner. Overall, I'm satisfied and can stay here again if I have plans to visit Banjar. Recommended!

Just one thing, when I ordered on the app yesterday, I was on the 6th floor, where the AC wasn't cold enough. Luckily, they responded immediately and moved me to the 3rd floor, where the AC was really cool, great👍

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is delicious and cozy, only the parking lot doesn't have a roof so when it rains the motorbike gets wet, but overall it's cool.

Perhaps the cleanliness and air fresheners could be improved. And the AC isn't very cold, please help.😭
