Overall, it was good. The room smelled bad when we first entered. But then we were moved to a better room, and it didn't smell anymore. The service was also friendly. I recommend it 🫶

Overall it's good... It's just a shame the room's cleanliness is very lacking... I stayed on the 6th floor. When I took off my shoes, the soles of my feet were really black because they were dirty as if the floor hadn't been cleaned/mopped... And there were lots of small maggots in the closet area... It's such a shame... I think the room's cleanliness was lacking... 🙏

Checked in at night with my family. Checking in, the room's AC leaked, then we were moved to a smoking room with itchy sheets. There was no table around the bed. Hi Marra YSH Team, please show some respect to our customers. I'm also trying to understand why aparthotels = budget hotels, but I deserve a clean room, normal AC, and clean, running water. Even if the Wi-Fi doesn't work, I have no complaints.
